Frequently Asked Questions about out Frequent Buyer Program:

3 times means 3 different calendar months.
All shopping recorded under your name qualifies. Whether web, phone, craft gallery, or design center
The amount of discount you receive is based on your total purchases over the last 24 months and can vary from 2% - 5%
To remain in the Frequent Buyer Club, just shop with us at least once a year. The shopping may be in either of our shops in Stowe or on our website.

After qualifying, you will save on almost all of your purchases. *We do exclude a few things from the program. For Example: A few artists ask that we never lower their prices. Some special orders cannot be discounted. Discounts do not apply to fees such as shipping and customized order fees. We also reserve the right to use our discretion to exclude other items or services, correct errors or modify this program at any time.

The Savings

There are 4 FB Club levels: 2%, 3%, 4%, and 5% savings

2% savings: just meet the "shop 3 times" in 24 months rule. There is no minimum purchase amount.

3% savings: You move into the 3% FB Club and your savings increase to 3% whenever your purchases in the prior 24 months total $501 - $2,500.

4% savings: You become a member of the 4% group when your purchases in the prior 24 months reach $2,501 - $5,000.

5% savings: You reach this savings level when your purchases in the prior 24 months total over $5,000.

Now You Can Bring Your Friend Along

Once you have Frequent Buyer (FB) status at Stowe Craft, you can share your discount with a friend. Whenever you bring a friend into the store, we will offer your friend the same discount savings you receive as your "Guest FB".

You must actually be with the guest,
You need to introduce them to us and
They need to register their info with us.

Their discount is applicable anytime they visit with you. They will not be eligible to receive a "Guest FB Discount" if you are not in the store with them.

Their purchases as a guest do count towards them becoming an FB on their own.
