Fulfilling Your Order

Turnaround
We will keep you updated about your order by e-mail. You will always receive at least 2 e-mails from us.
First, within an hour, normally within a few minutes, you will receive a confirmation that we received your order.
Second, within 48 hours and often with a few hours, you will receive an update about your shipping status.

If you do not receive both of these e-mails please contact us
If your order is being sent via UPS, you will also receive a tracking number from them.

Carriers

We have found Federal Express to be the quickest, safest and most repsonsive shipper for our type of products. In the last year we have used them almost exclusively.
For some small items and for some international shipments we also use the US post office or UPS.

Some items like furniture and art will need to be delivered by truck.(Common Carrier) This delivery is normally left outside or on a loading dock. Delevery inside is an extra fee.

Another freight option we use for large pieces is "White Glove". This means your purchases are Blanket Wrapped and delivered and placed where you want it in your home or office.
