Confirming Your Order Details

We will keep you updated about your order by e-mail. You will always receive at least 2 e-mails from us.
First, within an hour, normally within a few minutes, you will receive an automated confirmation that we received your order.
Second, within 48 hours and often with a few hours, you will receive an update about your shipping status direct from one of us.

If your order is being sent via Federal Express, you will also receive a tracking number from them.

If you find a lower price on any items listed with a 110% price guarantee, either before or within ten days of purchase, we will refund you 110% of the difference.

The item must be offered for sale by an authorized dealer of the manufacturer, must be in stock and in new condition. All costs including shipping, and handling charges should be included in the price comparison. (note our free shipping policy). We cannot match prices listed in error on other sites, or close-out prices.

You may also insert price match information while placing your order in the comments box (below the billing address). We will either match the price and process the order, or we will contact you for more details, or give you a chance to cancel if you prefer.

Carriers

We use FederalExpress almost exclusively. We have found Federal Express to be the quickest, safest and most repsonsive shipper for our type of products. For some small items and for some international shipments we also use the US post office or UPS.

Some items like furniture and art will need to be delivered by truck.(Common Carrier) This delivery is normally left outside or on a loading dock. Delevery inside is an extra fee.

Another freight option we use for large pieces is "White Glove". This means your purchases are Blanket Wrapped and delivered and placed where you want it in your home or office.
