Staff Comments: I am passionate about American Craft, our artists, buying local and handmade. To me the items we sell carry the spirit of the crafts person. I find that when I use or interact with these handmade items in my own home I palpably feel the joy of the artist. It pleases me to help others find the same joy in their own home.~ Mary-Elizabeth I was drawn to work at Stowe Craft because of the uniqueness and individuality that is relevant in every piece that comes through the galleries. As Interior Design is my personal focus, the gallery and the design center inspire me to do more art at home and really help me to envision how well these pieces work within any home. ~ Kristen I love making things, and I'm passionate about the handmade movement- that is what brought me to Stowe Craft. I specialize in drawing- both realistically and imaginatively. I am a creator, adventurer and lover of natural history, science fiction and killer whales. ~ Emily. I am an artist/teacher in my senior year at the University of Vermont, due to graduate in May 2012. As an artist I am primarily a sculptor and currently, more specifically, a metal worker. ~ Sarah ------------------------------------------------- Thank's to all of you who have written and e-mailed your comments., ideas and support ...they mean a lot to us!
