Handmade Contemporary Lighting

Michael Lamar and Gibb Brownlie create Altamira floor and table lamps.

They have been designing together since receiving Masters degrees in Sculpture from Rhode Island School of Design in 1985.

Altamira lighting is for both traditional and contemporary interior designs. Altamira lamps use a diverse selection of materials that complement one another glazed porcelain, hand cast resin, stained wood, brushed copper, cast and plated pewter, and an array of lush fabrics.

Altamira lamps use materials and processes not traditionally associated with fine craft all the while honoring artistic vision, craftsmanship, attention to detail and functionality.

Luna Bella Lighting and accessories combines the artistic talents of two designers: Nicolas Trujillo and Teresa Costa.

His clientele includes such people as Cher, Danny Glover, Denzel Washington and Gianni Versace to name a few.

Teresa Costa has a fine art background and a degree in Public Relations and French. She premiered the original line of interior design lighting for Luna Bella, Inc in 1995. Her original lighting designs won her recognition in magazines such as Metropolitan Home, Coastal Living, Home Accents Today, and American Style Magazine.
Her original designs have also been purchased by the Dallas Museum of Fine Art. Look to Luna Bella lamps for handblown glass bases with unique handmade silk or metal shades.

Janna Ugone creates distinctive floor and table lamps. Visitors to Stowe Craft are drawn to the fresh, clean design and the distinctive Ugone sense of color and style.
