They have nice wide openings which make scooping fast and neat!! Since each lid has been individually cast for each canister, they close perfectly with no need for a rubber gasket. The smallest canister has a side-hanging coffee scoop .Each canister set includes three 6.5inch diameter stoneware canisters: Large (approx. 10inch tall), Medium (approx. 8.5inch tall), Small (approx. 7inch tall). The smallest size includes a 1 oz. scoop in a side saddle.
