Almost everyone knows about “Black Friday” shopping. But what about Small Business Saturday? On Black Friday you get up early in the morning to join crowds of people at big box stores to\u00a0find the best ‘deal’. Pushing, bad words, and anxiety are often found on\u00a0Black Friday\u00a0as well. Small Business Saturday in contrast to Black Friday encourages individuals to go support your local mom & pop stores. Warm smiles, a good conversation, and a business you can trust! We love Small Business Saturday at Stowe Craft Gallery!<\/p>\n

For over 30 years Stowe Craft Gallery has been a small business dedicated to supporting American made and hand made art.\u00a0We are a\u00a0long established business with it’s roots going back to our Stained Glass studio in Waterbury in 1983. Ten years later we opened a “Shimmering Glass”, gallery on Route 100 in Waterbury Center. That was followed by purchasing Stowe Craft Gallery in 1995. Stowe Craft had started as Stowe Pottery right about the same time we started doing stained glass. In 1997 we merged Shimmering Glass into Stowe Craft Gallery and opened our Interior Design Center on Route 100 in the Stowe Village.<\/p>\n
