Although we partner with a professional shipping company, unfortunately damages can sometimes occur in transit.
Be sure to inspect your package carefully. If you are signing for a delivery, especially if it is a large item delivered by freight, your signature means the contents are in perfect condition unless you write DAMAGED on all copies of the paperwork. Do not let a delivery person rush your inspection! Record any visible damages on the paperwork before signing.
Report any damages to us immediately. After 3 days, it may be too late for us to process a claim successfully. Please send us photos of the packaging, the contents, and the damage.
Save the box and all packing materials. The shipping agency will want to inspect them.
Returning an Item
Please contact us with your name, purchase details, and why you are requesting a return. If necessary, we will issue you a return authorization number (RA#).
It is your responsibility to get the items back to us in new condition. We recommend you ship your items tracked and insured.
Shipping & Handling charges are non-refundable. If you are returning an item that was delivered to you with free shipping, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the exchanged or returned value.
Items purchased through our website do not need a receipt as we will have it on record. Items purchased direct from our gallery only need a receipt if you did not give us your contact information at the time of purchase. For gift returns, we will need the name of the purchaser. We can only offer exchanges or store credit to recipients of gifts at this time.

Exchange & Return Exceptions
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. No returns are allowed for sale items, special orders, or customized orders. Any return sent by freight or postage collect will be refused.
