Our shipping rates are low, they include professional packaging and are 100% insured.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In some situations, your purchases may have come to you with free delivery. If you are returning an item that was delivered to you with free shipping, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the exchanged or returned value. Shipping cost will not be deducted from an order which you cancel before it has been shipped.
We reserve the right to change these shipping policies or the cost of shipping specific items without notice.
Free shipping, when offered applies to the continental USA only. For other shipping destinations, we will find you a great rate. We have shipped large items & small items made of all sorts of different materials, all over the world.
We use Federal Express, US Post office or UPS, depending on what is being shipped and where it is going.
Some items like furniture and art will need to be delivered by truck (Common Carrier). This delivery is normally left outside or on a loading dock. Delivery inside is an extra fee.
Another option for furniture and large art pieces is "White Glove". This means your purchases are Blanket Wrapped and delivered and placed where you want it in your home or office.
Damaged or Missing Items
We have many years of successful shipping experience, but damage sometimes does occur. We will take responsibility for items that arrive damaged as long as you follow these 5 steps:
Damage must be reported within three days!
After three days, it may be too late to process a claim. If we cannot process a claim, our ability to help you will be severely limited or denied. So, please take some time to inspect everything in your package as soon as it arrives.
Special Note re Deliveries by Trucking or Freight Companies: If delivered by a freight company, signing a bill of lading means you have received the products in good condition. Do Not Sign any "Bill of Lading" documents until you check your boxes for damage. If you see any sign of damage, you must write "Damaged" so it shows on all copies of a bill of lading for a claim to be processed. Then you may sign the document.
Save the box and all packing materials. The shipping agency usually will inspect them.
Please take photos of the boxes or crates showing outside evidence of damage. Also take photos of the contents and the damage. Many cameras take really large photos- if you know how, set the camera to take medium size photos so you can email them more easily.
Repack and Return the items and packing materials to the box or crate.
